I began my career as an experimental musician and a graphic designer based in New York. Soon after, I sold a show to MTV Animation called Conspiracy 101 about a cynical teenage girl working unhappily for a psycho-paranoid radio talk show host. This led to more producing and writing, and after a while I sold a movie pitch to Walden Media -- I'm currently co-producing "Biblionauts" with Don Murphy. It's a crazy adventure film reminiscent (I hope) of Time Bandits. That, obviously, is on the big, broad, mainstream side of things. All the way on the other side, I began making music videos for bands in the electronic and experimental avant-guard of NYC. A video I made for The No-Neck Blues Band got a lot of attention, especially in Europse where it has been screened in dozens of festivals. After moving to LA in October '06, I have made a big push to direct as well as write; Fox Atomic hired me to make a series of experimental horror shorts, and Warner Brothers discovered my music video potential. I'm currently finishing a very intense experimental horror screenplay and fielding constant inquiries for music video treatments. I'm planning to shoot my first featuring sometime within the next 12 months, after I have shot enough videos to hone in on my style -- one which evokes forgotten nightmares and which relentlessly attempts to visualize the impossible.
